Do The Right Thing For The Customer...Always
Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing in every action you take and, in every decision you make, even when no one’s looking. Always tell the truth. If you make a mistake own up to it, apologize and make it right. There’s no greater way to build a reputation than to steadfastly do what’s right for others every day.
Honor Commitments
There’s no better way to earn people’s trust than to be true to your word. Do what you say you’re going to do, when you say you are going to do it. This includes being on time for all phone calls appointments, meetings and responding with a sense of urgency. Allow extra time for surprises and delays and don’t let these become excuses.
Constructive Problem Solving
Apply your creativity, sprit, and enthusiasm to developing solutions, rather than pointing fingers, and dwelling on problems. Identify lessons learned and use those lessons to improve our processes so we don’t make the same mistake again. Get smarter with ever mistake. Learn from every experience.

Policy
Habitat for Humanity International and its affiliated organizations
will not proselytize. Nor will HFH work with entities or individuals who insist on proselytizing as part of their work with HFH. This means that HFH will not offer assistance on the expressed or implied condition that people must adhere to or convert to a particular faith or listen and respond to messaging designed to induce conversion to a particular faith.
